- “Service” refers to the CodeCheck AI code analysis platform.
- “User” refers to anyone accessing or using the Service.
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to CodeCheck (owned by Codeaamy Private Limited).
2. Acceptance of Terms
Using CodeCheck means you:
- Agree to these terms
- Agree to our Privacy Policy
- Are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
If you do not agree, discontinue use of the platform.
3. Service Description
CodeCheck provides:
- AI-powered code quality analysis
- Architecture assessment
- Vulnerability scanning
- Cybersecurity review
- PDF/HTML/Markdown reports
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or remove features at any time.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Grant legitimate read-only Git access
- Not use CodeCheck for illegal activities
- Not attempt to decompile, hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service
5. Repository Access & Code Usage
- We ONLY access repositories after explicit permission.
- All access is read-only.
- Code is used solely for analysis.
- Code is deleted after the report is generated.
- We never claim ownership of your code.
6. Subscription Payments
- Payments are processed securely through Paddle.
- Subscription continues until canceled.
- No refunds except as described in the Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
CodeCheck is provided “as-is”.
We do not guarantee:
- 100% accuracy of AI insights
- Code correctness or bug-free output
- Security vulnerability elimination
- Continuous uptime
We are not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Business interruptions
- Damages arising from use or misuse of the service
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms
- Abuse the platform
- Attempt unauthorized access
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Confidentiality & NDA Commitment
At CodeCheck (codecheck.co), we follow strict confidentiality and Non-Disclosure (NDA) practices to protect your source code, repositories, intellectual property, and sensitive business information.
By using our service, we agree to:
- Treat all source code and repository content as strictly confidential
- Never share, disclose, view, or misuse your code for any purpose other than automated analysis
- Never provide or sell your code or data to third parties
- Access your repositories only in read-only mode and only after explicit authorization
- Automatically delete all temporary repository files after analysis is completed
- Store no permanent copies of your code beyond analysis output (reports)
- Restrict employee/internal access to production systems holding sensitive data
- Follow industry-standard security practices and safe data handling
This confidentiality obligation applies indefinitely, even after account deletion or subscription cancellation.
